Another new year, another chance to actually keep some (one?) of the resolutions we promise to keep. I think I know why these commitments are so had to keep -- we make them hard to keep!
Most of us make overwhelming resolutions! I'm going to lose 50 pounds this year! Really?
How about losing 1 pound at a time, and then another, and then another . . . Surely everyone can lose 1 pound at a time!!!
In other words, baby steps. If you meet your goal every day, you WILL have kept your resolution to lose 50 pounds.
I'm just sayin'!
